General Terms and Conditions

Article 2 — Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Puur Botanicals and to every agreement concluded between Puur Botanicals and the buyer via the webshop puur7oh.nl. By placing an order, the buyer declares to have read and to accept these terms and conditions.

Article 3 — Nature of the products 3.1. All products are sold exclusively for analytical, research, and collection purposes. The products are not intended for human consumption and are not foodstuffs, medicines, or dietary supplements. 3.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the products will not be used for consumption and that the purchase is made exclusively for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1. 3.3. Puur Botanicals makes no medical or health claims regarding the products offered.

Article 4 — Age Limit Sales are exclusively to persons 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, the buyer declares to be 18 years of age or older. Puur Botanicals reserves the right to require age verification and to cancel orders without valid verification.

Article 5 — Scope of delivery and buyer's responsibility 5.1. Puur Botanicals delivers within the European Union, with the exception of countries where the sale, import, or possession of the offered products is not legally permitted. 5.2. In any case, delivery is not made to: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, France.

5.3. The buyer is solely responsible for checking the applicable laws and regulations in the country of destination. Orders to excluded countries will be cancelled; any costs arising from incorrect order information shall be borne by the buyer.

Article 6 — Offer and Prices 6.1. All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. 6.2. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Puur Botanicals. 6.3. Puur Botanicals reserves the right to change prices; for orders already placed, the price at the time of ordering applies.

Article 7 — Payment 7.1. Payment is possible via bank transfer or cryptocurrency (via BTCPay Server). 7.2. When paying by bank transfer, the order will be shipped upon receipt of the full amount. The payment term is 7 days; after this period, the order will be cancelled. 7.3. When paying with cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applicable is the one at the time of the transaction, as displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed within the specified time window. 7.4. Transactions in cryptocurrency are irreversible. Refunds will be issued in euros equal to the original purchase amount in euros, regardless of exchange rate fluctuations.

Article 8 — Delivery 8.1. Orders will be shipped within 5 working days after receipt of payment. 8.2. The stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the buyer to compensation. 8.3. The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery to the specified address.

Article 9 — Right of Withdrawal 9.1. The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. 9.2. Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). 9.3. Return shipments must be returned unopened, in the original sealed packaging, and with sufficient postage. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. 9.4. After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded in euros within 14 days.

Article 10 — Conformity Puur Botanicals guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer. Each batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent laboratory, insofar as stated on the product page.

Article 11 — Liability 11.1. Puur Botanicals is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products contrary to their intended purpose as described in Article 3. 11.2. In all cases, the liability of Puur Botanicals is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

Article 12 — Complaints Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via info@puur7oh.nl. Complaints will be answered within 14 days.

Article 13 — Applicable Law All agreements shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
